For our clients traveling nationally and internationally, we have taken on the responsibility to identify the best affiliates across the U.S., Canada, and in major cities across Europe, Asia, South America and Australia. Each affiliate is carefully reviewed and selected based on the same standards of transportation service we expect from our own drivers and dispatch. These relationships are continually evaluated based on customer feedback and random test rides.

All affiliates must have:

• • The ability to accept reservation requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • A quality fleet of late-model vehicles (Cars shall not exceed 3 years of age).
  • Chauffeurs and drivers who are professionally trained and attired, and have passed drug testing.
  • All necessary certifications from operating authorities.
  • Appropriate levels of insurance coverage:
    • Automobile Liability $1.5 million for vehicles up to 15 passengers
    • Automobile Liability $5 million for vehicles 16 passengers and higher
    • Certificates must detail schedule of vehicle (year, make, model, VIN and plate #)
    • Commercial General Liability
    • Workers’ Compensation and Employer Liability
