How can I get a receipt?

VIATAS will automatically email you a receipt for each ride as soon as it is available. If you prefer not to get a receipt for every ride, simply change that communications preference in your profile. If you’d like to access a receipt online without logging in, simply click Request Receipt, enter the reservation number, passenger’s name and email, and a receipt will be sent to you shortly.

Do you have child seats in your vehicles?

Our vehicles do not carry child seats; however, child seats are available upon advanced request.

Do you meet passengers in the airport?

Yes, we provide “Meet and Greets.”” Just select the Meet & Greet option on the web reservation form or request this option when speaking to a reservationist and a greeter will meet you in the baggage claim area with a sign that has your last name in bold letters. Please note that this service has an additional fee.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed or there are changes to your flight itinerary, please call us at 1-800-421-0607. We have the ability to monitor the status of your flight if you have provided your flight information, and our system will automatically update your reservation with any changes in ARRIVAL times, however, if your DEPARTURE is delayed, we do not modify scheduled pick-up times.

What happens if I miss my flight?

Please call if you have missed your flight or are bumped to a different flight.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have several different cancellations policies dependent upon the type of service you are using. Please review the cancellation policy listed on your confirmation.

Why is the amount I was quoted different from the amount I was charged?

Additional charges can be incurred due to extra stops, waiting time, etc. Please review our policy and call if you have any questions.
